1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77apa ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 77apa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 77apa including, but not limited to, casino games, sports betting, live casino tables, crash games, fishing games, and colour prediction games. They apply equally to all users accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh, whether via the web browser, any mobile device, or any other permitted access method.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a 77apa account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77apa is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players who are found to be under the minimum age at any point will have their account immediately closed and any funds held pending age-verification review.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, automated script, or bot) and must be acting on your own behalf. You may not open an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 77apa or have an existing active account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and payment method details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that contravenes any applicable law or regulation.

77apa reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 77apa. When registering, you must provide your actual legal name, a valid mobile phone number that you own and control, a date of birth that accurately reflects your real age, and your primary payment method details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any security codes. 77apa will never ask for your password in any support communication.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 77apa account and must not reuse a password from any other online service. A strong password contains at least 8 characters and combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, and at least one special character.
• You must not share your account login details with any other person. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77apa immediately by contacting [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• 77apa reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that fraudulent activity has occurred, pending a security investigation.

77apa uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all account sessions and data transmissions. While 77apa maintains robust technical security measures, you are responsible for the security of the device and network you use to access the Platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

77apa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 77apa, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. 77apa does not charge a platform-side processing fee on withdrawals from own-funded balances. Withdrawal requests from balances subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be held until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts with own-funded balances are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes around the clock. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 77apa does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will be returned and the associated account suspended for review.
• 77apa reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction or series of transactions that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, in accordance with responsible platform management practices.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any funds you deposit on 77apa are disposable income and that their deposit does not cause you financial hardship. 77apa is an entertainment platform, not an investment vehicle. Gambling involves risk and you should only ever wager amounts you can afford to lose.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77apa may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per account, per household, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared payment details constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus wagering are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted into real-money balance by completing the stated wagering requirement before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• 77apa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time before a player has triggered the bonus. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, the terms associated with that bonus remain fixed as published at the time of crediting.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid on the specified game title only. Any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

77apa does not offer bonuses to players who have set a deposit limit lower than the minimum qualifying deposit for a given promotion, or to players who are currently under a self-exclusion period. Responsible gaming restrictions take precedence over promotional eligibility.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77apa and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate odds, or exploit a vulnerability in the Platform's software or game logic.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence scripts, or any other non-human interaction method to place bets, collect bonuses, or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Opening or operating more than one account on 77apa, whether under your own name or using any alias, alternate identity, or a third party's personal details.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner designed to launder money, obscure the origin of funds, or circumvent any applicable financial regulation.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system glitch on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to [email protected] immediately and must not attempt to exploit them.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 77apa staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Where 77apa determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void any bets placed during the period of that conduct, close the associated account without notice, and retain any funds in the account balance up to the value of any losses caused by the prohibited conduct.

7 Responsible Gaming

77apa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their activity on the Platform. These tools are available directly from the Account Settings section of every 77apa account and take effect immediately upon being set.

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account at any time. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active. Self-exclusions, once activated, cannot be reversed by the player until the chosen exclusion period has fully elapsed.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 77apa Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of 77apa or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express written consent of 77apa.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77apa's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 77apa account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77apa shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, special, or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 77apa had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or feature within it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other reason, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications outages.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from your sharing of your account login details with a third party.
• Any content, accuracy of information, or services provided by third-party game studios or payment providers whose products are integrated into the 77apa Platform.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

77apa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in immediate suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the timeframe specified in 77apa's verification request.
• A player's own request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests submitted via the Account Settings page or via the support team.

Where an account is closed by 77apa due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in that account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any pending bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

11 Privacy and Data

77apa collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and responsible gaming obligations. The types of personal data collected, the legal basis for processing, the retention periods that apply, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in 77apa's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation.

By creating a 77apa account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting 77apa at [email protected]. 77apa does not sell personal data to third parties.

12 Amendments to These Terms

77apa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77apa will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, will notify active players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 77apa, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting 77apa's support team at [email protected].

77apa aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days of being formally raised, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
